Melbourne’s most luxurious hotels Crown Towers and Crown Promenade Hotel continue to build on their strong industry position with their support of AIME 2006.

Widely recognised across industry groups, the two hotels enjoyed an extraordinarily successful 2005. Crown Towers won the Australian Tourism Award and was inducted into the Victorian Tourism Awards Hall of Fame, in the Luxury Accommodation category.

Additionally, the Australian Hotels Association awarded Crown Promenade Hotel the Best Superior Accommodation Award and Executive General Manager Peter Crinis, the Hotelier of the Year Award.

Offering more than 900 rooms, the two hotels are strategically located on the southern bank of the Yarra River, close to the central business district and the Melbourne Exhibition Centre – home of AIME.

Executive General Manager for Crown Towers and Crown Promenade Hotel, Peter Crinis said that as one of the largest hotel groups in Melbourne, it is important that Crown supports the industry and in particular AIME.
