Conferon Global Services (CGS), the US's largest meeting management and event services company, announces the addition of two new National Account Managers to its national sales team.

 

Claudia Aubuchon joins the Central division of the CGS Sales Network and will be based in St. Louis, MO. With more than ten years of outside sales experience to her credit, Aubuchon previously served as sales manager for Clayton on the Park, a boutique property located in St. Louis.

 

Prior to that, she served as sales manager for the Radisson Hotel Clayton (currently the Crowne Plaza St. Louis - Clayton). As a member of the Clayton Chamber of Commerce, Aubuchon served on the 2005 committee for the “Best of Clayton” Business Marketplace. A graduate of the University of Missouri - St. Louis, Aubuchon currently resides in St. Louis.

 

Wayne Childs joins the Western division of the CGS Sales Network to focus on business development in Arizona. Prior to joining CGS, Childs served as a corporate consultant for several major multinational corporations.

 

Before that, he was Regional Director of Corporate Sales for Sol Melia Hotels and Resorts throughout the Western USA. His 20-year career also includes management level positions with Hyatt Hotels, Hilton Hotels and Holiday Inn Hotels.

 

Childs earned a Certified Travel Counselor Certification and a Certified Corporate Travel Executive designation from University of Houston, Conrad Hilton College of Hotel Management. He currently resides in Prescott, AZ.
