Conferon Global Services (CGS), the US's largest meeting management and event services company, announced the addition of two new National Sale Managers to its team.

Judy Kent brings more than 17 years of senior sales experience in the hospitality industry to her position as National Sales Manager. Prior to joining CGS, Kent served as the Regional Director of Sales for the Midwest/West Coast markets of the Toronto Convention and Visitors Bureau, Chicago, IL.

Her extensive career also includes positions as Director of Sales for Residence Inn by Marriott, St. Paul, MN; co-owner and Director of Sales and Operations for The Traveller, Inc, a travel incentive and event planning company located in Toronto, Canada; and Director of Association Sales for Six Continent Hotels, Toronto.

A resident of Byron, MN, Kent is an active member of PCMA, MPI, ASAE, and Association Forum of Chicagoland.

Bill Light is also a veteran of the hospitality industry with more than 19 years of experience in the hotel industry. Prior to joining CGS, Light served as Associate Director for the West Region of Starwood Global Sales.

Light’s impressive career also includes positions as Global Account Director for Starwood Hotels covering Colorado, Texas and Arizona; National Account Director for ITT Sheraton; and National Account Director for Starwood Hotels.
