Conference Communications has just invested R2 Million (app. $300,000USD) in cutting-edge conferencing solutions.  This investment in new technology forms part of Conference Communications’ growth strategy to bring to market new and exciting products.  Martin Macphail (MD) says “we have always tried to bring innovative solutions to everyday conferencing challenges.  I think our new products do just that.”

Topping the list of Conference Communications’ acquisitions are the Brähler IRX digital simultaneous interpretation receivers – these sophisticated units present numerable features - one of which is that they function in daylight conditions.

Included in Conference Communication’s ‘problem-solver’ solutions are the touch-panel Chairperson Microphone Control, Speaker Presentation Management System, Interactive PowerPoint and RFID Accreditation system.

The touch-panel control gives the Chair control literally at the tip of their fingers. They can select the next speaker, or disconnect the current one through the easy to use touch-panel interface. The system was used effectively by our Minster of Foreign Affairs at the recent XIV NAM/AASROC Conferences in Durban.

The Speaker Management System has been refined and upgraded.  Developed out of a growing need for speaker management, Conference Communications can manage the entire speaker’s agenda through this web-based application.  The system allows for one speaker and client point of contact – upload and collate all speaker biographies and presentations, and distribute them effortlessly to the right venue, at the right time through a local area network.

Conference Communications has secured exclusive rights to Interactive PowerPoint, which enables instant two-way communication between speaker and audience through wireless, hand-held voting pads.

The newest addition to the Conference Communications portfolio – Radio Frequency Identity (RFID) Tagging brings a new dimension to event registration, accreditation and delegate tracking procedures.  You will know exactly real time where people are going and more importantly where they have been.
