CompuSystems And Validar “Rev Up” With A New Partnership

CompuSystems, Inc. (CSI) and Validar Corporation have partnered in a new service for “VIP” exhibitors at trade shows.

The new service is named RPM, an acronym for Record – Post – Manage, the three steps addressed in the lead management process. Used in conjunction with the exhibitor’s own PC, this new service has been designed as an easy-to-use, plug-and-play system.

In Step 1, RPM allows the exhibitor to read and record attendee badges of virtually any format (barcode, mag-stripe, smart cards, even business cards) and automatically populate the data into the opening of a booth survey or qualification form, even if the exhibitor’s PC is also being used for booth presentations and demos.

In Step 2, the exhibitor can then post leads to a secure web portal for creating reports and data views of their choosing.

Finally, in Step 3, RPM helps the exhibitor to manage their lead data in a multitude of ways to measure the show’s impact on sales. All this can be done without installing any software onto the exhibitor’s PC.

RPM is especially beneficial for those companies who exhibit in multiple trade shows every year, the “VIP’s” of the trade show business,” said Paul McCaffray, executive vice president and COO of CSI. “It allows them to use the same tool for lead management at all their shows. Convenient and cost effective, it also allows for seamless integration with a salesforce CRM system. Having Validar – a premier developer of interactive software – as our partner in the development of RPM has been a huge plus for us.”

“Validar is thrilled to have partnered with CompuSystems,” according to Victor Kippes, president and CEO of Validar. “Their industry leadership and innovation are well-recognized. CSI’s lead management expertise will be invaluable to the VIP exhibitors that can take advantage of the capabilities of RPM.”
