Certain Software®, a leading provider of strategic meeting and event management solutions, today announced the appointment of Kimberly Enright to the position of Marketing Director.

Ms Enright brings more than 20 years of experience in enterprise sales, marketing and business development to the company, where she will lead marketing initiatives for Certain Software and its signature product, Register123™, the technology solution for professional meeting management.

Ms. Enright will direct all strategic marketing efforts for the company, including demand generation, partnerships, public relations, trade shows and web and email marketing.

“We added Kimberly to the Certain Software team after a year of tremendous growth, because she brings an ideal combination of skills – proven sales and marketing savvy, a reputation for building strong partner and customer relationships, and history driving successful, profitable campaigns at leading technology companies,” said Certain Software’s president and CEO James A. Pappas.

“Certain Software is committed to meeting the unique needs of the meeting planning industry in a diverse range of markets, and she will play a key role in developing and implementing creative marketing campaigns, and driving crucial client relationships as we continue to grow.”

Ms. Enright joins Certain Software as the company experiences dramatic growth, celebrates several business milestones and significant customer wins. Certain Software’s customers grew an impressive 119% over the past year, with industry leaders like Blue Shield of California, Hartford Life Insurance and Stanford University turning to Register123 for their event management needs.

Meanwhile, current customers continue to express their satisfaction with Register123 by renewing at a rate of 95%. As the company signs new customers at a remarkable pace, it is also growing its staff in anticipation of continued growth and product innovation - the hire of 17 new employees prompted the company to expand its Government Services Division office in Washington, DC, and open an additional San Francisco office.

Ms. Enright has extensive industry experience and an impressive track record developing marketing programs for top Silicon Valley technology companies. She honed her strategic business planning, alliance building and client relationship skills at companies like Siemens ICN, IBM Corporation and several start up initiatives.

Before founding her own consulting firm, she managed global alliances and product marketing at Siemens, driving value proposition and marketing strategy, and building alliances to support the company’s Customer Interaction Practice. She also served as Vice President, Marketing and Alliance Development, at Zacson Corporation, where she worked with clients such as IBM, Sun Microsystems, Providian, and Wells Fargo.

During her tenure at IBM, Enright held several positions within the company’s sales and marketing departments. As Segment Business Owner, Manufacturing, she drove profitability and market share in IBM’s largest Northern California industry segment, and built and managed a team responsible for sales, marketing, systems engineering and customer service.

As Integrated Marketing Manager, she was appointed to lead a national strategic task force in the implementation of IBM’s first integrated infrastructure strategy. Enright received a BA from Stanford University, and an MBA from the University of Miami Business School.
