Certain Software^®, a leading provider of strategic meeting and event management solutions, today announced significant customer wins and company growth for the year ending February 2006.

The company made great strides last year, as its signature product Register123™, the complete technology solution for professional meeting management, won a sizeable number of new customers and the company aggressively hired to grow in overall size by 50%.

Companies of all sizes from various markets continue to turn to Certain Software’s Register123 for their online strategic meeting management needs.

Some of the top new customers to sign up for Register123 during the past year include industry leaders such as Blue Shield of California, Harte-Hanks, Hartford Life Insurance, New York State Board of Law Examiners and Stanford University

Overall, Certain Software’s customers grew an impressive 119% from last year, while current customers continued to express their satisfaction with Register123 and the company’s service by renewing at a rate of 95%.

As the company signed new customers at a remarkable pace, it also grew the number of employees to over 50% the amount from last year.

The hire of 17 new employees prompted the company to expand its Government Services Division office in Washington, DC, and open an additional San Francisco office to accommodate its growing staff.

In addition to customer wins and company growth, Certain Software recently launched an enhanced Register123 Version 4.5 in January 2006.

This version features enhanced meeting and attendee management functionalities including the new Budget Module, providing organizations and event managers with significantly improved control over all financial aspects of their meetings, and an enhanced Personal Documents feature that allows users to generate customized documents for individuals or groups of registrants.
