With Passkey, meeting planners have the ability to create a secure, customized single-entry Web page for their attendees. Attendees, in turn, log onto this page at their convenience and can search through the rooms, amenities and services available at each property, book their accommodations, specify personal needs or preferences, and make any last minute changes.

This information, in turn, is maintained in a centralized database, affording both the hotel and planner the ability to access consistent, accurate room block information in real-time. Anticipating and fully understanding that all clients and their attendees may not have access to a computer, Passkey also provides planners with traditional booking methods including phone, fax and mail.
