Bieneck International, Inc. of Fredericksburg, Virginia, has been awarded an exclusive contract to market Historic Conference Centres of Europe (HCCE) in the United States. HCCE is comprised of 18 historic conference centers in 12 European countries.

 

These centers range from the Dublin Castle Conference Center, an 18th century Georgian castle, to the Pope’s Palace in Avignon, France, the largest remaining medieval palace in Europe. HCCE came together as a group in 1996 and have been expanding their presence ever since then.

 

All members of HCCE have met strict standards. Criteria for membership include:

  • a building at least 100 years old
  • proven record of superior service and management
  • state-of-the-art conference equipment
  • central locations in cities known for a rich cultural heritage and architectural heritage
  • quality leisure programs

All centers have been n venues in terms of technology and service, but turned into moder still retain their architectural integrity and historical significance.

Donna C. Martens joins Bieneck International as Sales Manager International Meetings. She will be responsible for marketing the HCCE venues to the U.S. market. For the past ten years she has worked in a variety of commercial and professional settings, including a position as Marketing Communications Manager at Pangborn, in Hagerstown, Maryland.
