The British Association of Conference Destinations’ (BACD) Venue Location Service will receive a boost and more efficient response handling following the launch of ‘ChaserHUB’, a web-based enquiry referral service developed specifically for conference bureaux.

 

‘ChaserHUB’ integrates BACD's ‘Chaser’ enquiry handling system with all conference bureaux across the country.

 

For bureaux using BACD's recommended enquiry management system (Chaser BUREAU), enquiries will automatically download into their system for instant processing.

 

The automation of the enquiry handling process between BACD and BACD member destinations will result in swifter response times to enquiries, fewer calls from destinations to buyers and automated confirmations.

 

"The implementation of ‘ChaserHUB’ means an improved service for buyers through BACD's Venue Location Service, and greater efficiencies for conference bureaux," commented Simon Hawkins of Velvet Software, developers of this bespoke software.

 

With access to approximately 3,000 venues across the UK, BACD can offer a genuine one-stop service for buyers in conjunction with its 75 destination bureaux members.
