“Groups wanting to incorporate golf into a program now have the advantages and flexibility of a dedicated golf pro who can manage all aspects of the program from preplanning to on-course, lessons, tournaments, briefing, scoring, awards, setting up and running golf clinics and much more.

“And most importantly, Wayne has no affiliation or commitment to any one course meaning he has more time to dedicate to the group, and as a member of the ENCOREbt team, he will be aware of and able to plan for and work within the objectives, needs and desired outcomes of the customer.

“And Wayne is a legitimate golf pro”, said Ms Crowder.

Before returning to Australia, Wayne was the Head Professional Director of Golf at the Sherwood Country Club, California USA where his role was to organise all member events, Club Championships, Twilight Outings, Invitationals and Weekly Skin Games, as well as all major corporate events including working in conjunction with the PGA Tour on the Greg Norman Shark Shootout (1997-1999), Showdown at Sherwood (2000) (Tiger Woods vs. David Duval), the Williams Word Challenge (2000-2001), and Target World Challenge (2002 – present).  In fact Wayne is still contracted by the Tiger Woods Foundation and PGA of America to coordinate tournament operations for this annual event. 

On the circuit, Wayne has played and won tournaments in Australia, UK and the US, winning the Queensland PGA in 1993, and receiving the Pro/Am Circuit Victorian Order of Merit in 1988 and 1989  

Wayne has also been referred to on many occasions as “golf pr to the stars”, having provided advice and lessons to celebrities including Will Smith, Mel Gibson, Kenny Gee, Mark Wahlberg, Joe Pesci, Wayne Gretsky Sean Connery and Jack Nicholson.
