The seminar will feature a number of industry experts and provide an in-depth look at how conference centres handle the ever increasing burden of security for events. It will be facilitated by AIPC Board member Steve Piper, who will share his experience of managing the Brighton Centre, which hosts the largest political conference in Europe every two years.

The program is aimed at any congress centre staff who are required to design, implement or participate in security programs as part of their function, as well as at centre managers who need to be aware of the latest approaches to this important area and will provide a valuable learning and information exchange opportunity.

The fee for the course, including all required course materials, coffee breaks and lunch is € 120* for AIPC members and €180* for non-members. Under our reciprocal education agreement, IAPCO members can enrol at the AIPC members’ fee.

(*plus € 8 for currency exchange and bank charges)

Full details and registration requirements are available through the AIPC Secretariat office.
