The legacy of the Site Crystal Awards continued as six outstanding motivational programs and the organizations who delivered them were honored and celebrated during the Site International Conference in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA.
Held on Friday, 14 October at the ARIA Resort & Casino at Citycenter, the winning programs crossed over five continents and demonstrated excellence in creativity, originality and operations, all while delivering impactful business solutions for their clients.
Featuring revised criteria that better reflects the current business environment, this year’s Crystal Awards profiled programs that included a movement of 15,000 award earners, delivered innovation in spite of erupting volcanoes, and created lasting economic and social impact.
These programs were designed to inspire and reward customer service teams, sales groups, distributor channels and even interns as one organization sought to engage top talent before the individuals were retained as full time employees.
